Web services facilitates the integration of IFS Applications with various other systems. In IFS Developer Studio, there are two ways in which the web services can be developed.
IFS Applications exposes every IFS Service (inbound BIZAPI) deployed, as a web service through the SOAP Gateway and native through the actual application server.
It is also possible to expose PL/SQL methods directly as web services.
