To integrate IFS Applications with IFS Planning & Scheduling Optimization (PSO) triggers are required to be enabled.
The triggers are created when the Scheduling Model is installed. A trigger is created for the Insert, Update and Delete operations on each table within the Scheduling Model.
Read more about the PSO Integration.
If required it is possible to Disable specific Triggers. This is not recommended as it will prevent the change messages from IFS Apps to IFS PSO being created.
On Enabling a trigger a Full Load will be started.
Disabling All Triggers for the selected Scheduling Model is advised when data loading into IFS Applications. This will then prevent unnecessary messages and load on the system during this period. Once the data loading is completed the Triggers should be re-enabled for the selected Scheduling Model using the RMB Enable All Triggers.
When Enabling All Triggers a Full Load will be started.
This will redeploy all Triggers for the selected Scheduling Model into the database. Three triggers are created per table in the Scheduling Model for the Insert, Update and Delete operations.
