Help folders are available in all the three context tabs (Archive, Download and Deliver).

The Help Folder view displays files and folders generated while performing various operations in the Archive, Download and Delivery tab.
The following table describes how the "top node" Help folders are used by ISD 2:

| Code merge | .harvest | Files checked out for merge in the Download tab are checked out to this Help folder. |

Download | All files downloaded in the Download tab are downloaded to this Help folder. |
| Archive tab Apply | Updated | The "Output" files of Apply operations in the Archive tab are created in this Help folder. See the "Apply CPS" step by step guide. |

Delta | Temp folder used by Delta Engine to store delta reports and files when doing Extracts in the Archive tab . |
| Archive tab Checkout for update | .harvest | Copy of the files checked out for update from Archive tab are saved in this folder. |
| Deliveries | <Delivery Name> | While working on deliveries downloaded from LCS Customization Projects a Help folder, given the same name as the delivery, exists allowing user to see all files. |
The action menu
| Open File | Open the currently selected file in associated application, or in Notepad
if no association is found.

| Delete File(s) | Delete the selected files.

| Move File(s) to Work Folder | Files in the "Updated" help folder can be moved to corresponding location
in the Work Folder. Example: <Work Folder>\Updated\Accrul\database\accrul\Account.apy
will be moved to
Note: If the intermediary paths were deleted after the Updated file was created, this operation will fail as it does not create the path, it expects it to be present.  |
| Copy File(s) to... | Copy the selected files to a user selected folder. |
| Deploy | Deploys the selected files to the Database (.api, .apy, .rdf, etc.). This is enabled only when the selected files are all registered Database files which exist within one of the following Help Folders: Merged, Updated or the Delivery folder. |
| Reload Files List | Reload the Help Folders sub tree by reading the folders and files from disk. Usable for refreshing and displaying deployment log files |
