Add-ons in IFS Applications are deployed by the Setup.exe. This page shows how to find and start the tool, and to get past the first introductory pages.
The welcome screen shows some basic information and the copyright text.

The next page is an information page listing all the important components currently installed on your system. Make sure the indicated versions match the required versions.

System path to an older Foundation1 runtime. The value "Not Found!" is shown if no such runtime is found. Typically, the system path is used for older Foundation1 version (3.0.3 and earlier) and should only be found when such installations exist. Having multiple Foundation1 installations running on the same client machine is possible but requires a certain installation process, found in the Release Notes for IFS Base Server. |

When the Setup.exe
is located on a network using a UNC path, there's no guarantee that the
setup process will install all components properly. This problem is avoided
by mapping a drive to the UNC path and starting the Setup.exe from the
mapped drive. |
